Long Island waterfront experience
Your waterfront comes first.
We help Nassau and Suffolk County property owners explore floating docks, jet ski docks, kayak launches, and modular dock systems. We start with your property and how you want to use it, then help you understand your options.
Our mission
Help you choose the dock that fits your waterfront, your plans, and your budget. We listen first, explain the tradeoffs, and recommend products based on your needs—with practical guidance through the next steps.
Meet Scott
Scott brings nearly 20 years of dock industry experience, including dock design, bulkhead reconstruction, boat lift projects, and hands-on DEC permitting experience.
A useful recommendation starts with the shoreline: water depth, tides, exposure, access, existing structures, and the boat or watercraft you use. Those details guide the conversation before a product is chosen.
Help with docks and permitting
We handle permitting for your project: technical drawings, applications, submissions, and agency coordination. See our full permit process. Permitting services and government fees are paid by the customer and quoted separately. We are an independent business, not a government agency. Approval and review times are determined by the relevant authorities.
Dock sales and permitting are discussed with us; installation is arranged separately. Your written project documents should identify the scope, costs, and responsible provider for each part.
